I provided comprehensive on-site coverage for diverse events, including networking nights, business seminars, and major Chinese New Year banquets. I published live Instagram Stories that sparked curiosity and created immediate engagement.
Content Creation
I produced dynamic 60 to 90-second videos complete with ambient soundscapes and voiceover narration. These short reels told the story of each event in creative, engaging and personable ways.
Social Media Management
I managed the Chamber’s Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms end-to-end. By crafting targeted messaging for senior professionals and government leaders, I grew an active audience and strengthened community connection across the Haymarket precinct.
Brand Advisory
I provided strategic guidance to Chamber leadership on leveraging digital channels effectively. I translated precinct objectives into actionable digital initiatives that maximised reach, enhanced member value, and promoted local economic growth.
Mailchimp Administration
Utilising the popular newsletter management platform Mailchimp, I assisted in the mail-out of invitations for the Chamber’s events. I formatted engaging updates distributed directly to an influential subscriber network including business owners, lawyers, accountants, entrepreneurs, architects, and government agencies and officials.
Graphic Design
I created custom visual assets for major Chamber functions. Notably, I designed marketing collateral for panel discussions like "Mindset Glow-up," ensuring consistent branding that drove event attendance and member participation.
